What you get to do in this role:
Manage product development activities
Work with product management design support and other dev teams to create highquality solutions
Manage daily activities of the development team
Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems and blockers
Manage departmental resources staffing mentoring and enhancing and maintaining a bestofclass engineering team
Solve reusable modular and complex UI frontend architecture problems across the broader organizations application development teams
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have: 6 years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills 1 year managing engineering an team Experience with open source tools and agile development environments Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java JavaScript) An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems Ability to execute a project based on our priorities context risks and desired outcomes Strong collaboration and communication skills to broker discussions across a range of internal teams to manage dependencies Modern UI frontend development knowledge

$216500 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
