ALEXIS is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to lead and execute our digital content strategy.

You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s digital presence, overseeing multi-channel content strategies, and managing high-stakes projects with tight deadlines.

Reports to: Director of Marketing & Ecommerce and the Founders
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of all digital content strategies across social media platforms.
- Oversee content calendars and posting schedules, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand initiatives.
- Manage behind-the-scenes content capture from photoshoots, office settings, and events to drive engagement.
- Develop and execute high-impact brand activations, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the brand’s digital footprint.
E-Commerce Photoshoots & Campaigns
- Fully own and execute all logistics and planning for e-commerce and campaign photoshoots from concept to completion.
- Develop creative concepts, present them to founders, and ensure flawless execution.
- Scout and book talent, venues, flights, lodging, and handle contracts.
- Organize and style the collection in-house with creative directors to ensure brand integrity on set.
- Oversee budget management: negotiate rates, track expenses, log invoices, and submit payments in a highly organized manner.
- Coordinate styling accessories and props, ensuring timely delivery for all shoots.
Website & Editorial Content
- Write and curate editorial-quality blog content that strengthens the brand’s storytelling and positioning.
- Assist in developing style edits and product descriptions for e-commerce, ensuring high conversion rates.
Public Relations & Brand Development
- Manage PR initiatives, including press outreach, influencer gifting, and sample coordination.
- Leverage PR and social content to amplify press coverage and enhance brand exposure.
- Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, luxury positioning, and high aesthetic standards.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze and optimize social media performance, using insights to refine strategy and maximize audience growth.
- Conduct deep audience research to understand engagement patterns, demographics, and content effectiveness.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to align digital marketing efforts with revenue-driving initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in social media and content management within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under extreme deadlines.
- Expertise in social media platforms, content trends, and performance analytics.
- Proven experience in budget management, vendor negotiations, and logistics coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to lead high-pressure projects, problem-solve efficiently, and work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
