Summary

The Content Manager will play a key role in building and managing the brand voice across all platforms. This person will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience, particularly people who value sustainability and ethical sourcing. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a passion for brand-building, social media, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Feelgoodz’s brand identity, marketing goals, and product launches.
  2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including website, email campaigns, social media, blogs, and print materials.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow Feelgoodz's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
  4. Copywriting: Write clear, compelling copy for product descriptions, marketing materials, ads, and other brand assets.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  6. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  2. 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  3. Strong interest in sustainability, ethical sourcing, and the lifestyle retail industry.
  4. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  5. Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
