About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and resourceful Creative Content Producer to join our team – someone to take ownership of producing high-quality videos and designs that communicate our brand. They’ll work closely with the rest of the marketing team to enhance our storytelling. The ideal candidate is someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to innovate with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for various formats, including:
  • Educational content (shorts, explainers, motion graphics, etc.)
  • FAQs and webinars
  • Testimonials and client success stories
  • Ads for digital and social media
  • Graphic Design: Create visually engaging designs for:
  • Social media graphics, infographics, and charts
  • Webinar slide decks and ad creatives
  • Landing page visuals and downloadable resources (e.g., PDFs, guides)
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with writers and strategists to align visuals with written content.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest design and video production trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality.
  • Campaign Support: Develop and deliver visuals for drip campaigns, retargeting ads, and email sequences, making sure we have consistency across channels.
  • Content Optimization: Help create and organize visual content to support content clusters, update YouTube playlists, and optimize visuals for A/B tested landing pages.

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio of creative work.
  • A strong working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Understanding of storytelling and the ability to create content that resonates emotionally.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., YouTube, social media, email) and an understanding of best practices for each.
