About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at COOPER ENTERPRISES, INC. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating comprehensive marketing plans, a deep understanding of SEO, and expertise in digital and social media marketing.You will work closely with the Marketing Department to create marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. Your efforts will also include managing trade shows and events to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing marketing plans for companies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with marketing and trade shows
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the company’s objectives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage trade shows and events to increase brand visibility and generate leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Create and manage content for social media channels
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.
- Conduct SEO audits and optimize web content to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.Assist in the creation of marketing materials and collateral
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Coordinate and manage marketing events and promotions
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
