At True Stance, we are seeking a Brand Promotion Specialist-Entry Level to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams on client accounts to implement promotional campaigns that boost customer sales.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while effectively promoting our products and services.
• Generate new sales in retail environments through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Attend product knowledge meetings for our clients and communicate this information to customers accurately and effectively.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Preferred (but not required): 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail settings.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adhere to schedules.
