We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting keyword research (in a variety of languages) to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to the business's industry, products, and target audience.
  • Optimizing website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and body copy, to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Ensuring the website is technically optimized for search engines, including optimizing site speed, fixing crawl errors, implementing schema markup, and improving site architecture.
  • Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, including creating high-quality, keyword-optimized content that attracts and engages the target audience.
  • Building high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites to improve the website's authority and search engine rankings.
  • Monitoring website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conducting competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the search landscape, and adjusting SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to ensure the website remains optimized and competitive.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as content creators, web developers, and PPC teams, to implement SEO best practices and achieve business objectives.
  • Providing regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement, to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize various elements of the website for better search engine performance and user engagement.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in SEO, with demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • SEO experience in multi-language websites.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Previous knowledge of keyword planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio.
  • Understanding of web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Experience in developing and executing content strategies that align with SEO goals.
  • Understanding of link-building strategies and tactics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative SEO strategies.
