Science & Technology Principal Architect R.A. AIA (Hybrid)

We are Seeking a Principal Architect to lead our Science & Technology Studio. Project Manager on the pathway to be a Principal within 1-2 years will also be considered. This individual will lead the programming and design of multiple projects, engage the larger healthcare studio in thought leadership, and participate and lead business development activities with other healthcare principals and project managers.

Qualifications/Duties

• Licensed Architect MA Architectural registration required. NH and ME is desirable but not required.
• 10+ years of Science & Technology project experience, Design, and project management.
• Proven superlative design and management experience and expertise in the studio’s area of focus.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent healthcare projects.
• Team leadership, communication, vision, managerial, business, interpersonal, design.
• Experience leading programming and design, participating in all design meetings with clients.
• Experience managing staff, projects, client relationships, assisting with Marketing & Business Development.
