Position Overview

Company is looking for a UI/UX Product Design Lead to drive the user experience and interface design for our next-generation AI-driven products. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the design strategy, mentor a small team, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to craft intuitive and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead UI/UX Strategy & Execution – Own the end-to-end design process for the company's flagship product, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
  2. Design for Cloud, DevOps, and AI Products – Create interfaces optimized for highly technical users, including engineers and data teams working with AI-driven analytics, observability, and automation tools.
  3. Redesign & Enhance Existing Systems – Modernize and optimize UI/UX elements, ensuring usability, scalability, and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards).
  4. Prototype & Test – Utilize Figma to design, prototype, and iterate based on user feedback and product requirements.
  5. Data Visualization & Storytelling – Develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and insights that make complex AI and cloud data easily digestible.
  6. Lead & Mentor – Guide a small team of UI developers, fostering innovation and professional growth.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure seamless integration of UX best practices into our development pipeline.
  8. Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest advancements in AI, DevOps, observability, and cloud-native product design to ensure SedAI remains at the forefront of UI/UX innovation.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Proven UI/UX Leadership Experience – 8+ years in UI/UX design, with a strong track record of leading enterprise-grade product design.
  2. Cloud & DevOps Design Expertise – Experience designing products for cloud, DevOps, or AI-driven environments, ideally with platforms.
  3. Figma Proficiency – Strong command of Figma for prototyping, design systems, and collaborative workflows.
  4. React UI Development Knowledge – Solid understanding of React and modern UI frameworks to work closely with engineering teams.
  5. Data Visualization & Dashboard Design – Experience designing analytics dashboards and implementing data-driven storytelling through charts and graphs.
  6. Accessibility & Usability – Deep knowledge of usability standards and accessibility compliance (WCAG).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience with observability tools, log monitoring, or AIOps platforms.
  2. Knowledge of animations, micro-interactions, and UX motion design to enhance user engagement.
  3. Background in designing for enterprise SaaS, automation, or AI-powered platforms.
  4. Familiarity with API design, DevOps workflows, and cloud-native development environments.
