Our leading client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking to add a contract SharePoint UI/UX Designer. As a Senior SharePoint UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless digital experiences for internal and external users. With a focus on SharePoint site design, email campaigns, and high-fidelity prototypes, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions. Your expertise in UI/UX principles, along with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, will be key to building user-friendly interfaces. You will design intuitive layouts, manage design systems, and ensure accessibility across multiple platforms. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role requiring both technical proficiency and a creative mindset to deliver impactful digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • SharePoint websites: Design and maintain internal SharePoint sites, controlling user access and permissions and creating design with little to no direction.
  • Emails: Design and update email campaigns using Knak Email Builder or Staffbase Email Builder, ensuring accessibility and optimal rendering in email clients through testing and optimization.
  • Prototypes: Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for AEM websites, emails, web banner ads, social media ads, and future digital touchpoints.
  • Design systems: Create and maintain design systems in Figma for AEM websites, emails, web banner ads, social media ads, and future digital touchpoints.
  • AEM websites: Design high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for health-care professionals and patient-facing AEM websites, ensuring Figma designs can be authored in AEM.
  • Collaboration: Present UI/UX creative solutions to cross-functional teams, engage in real-time design collaboration with creative and marketing leads, and champion UI/UX best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge building SharePoint sites.
  • Strong sense of visual design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
  • Prototyping and wireframing experience.

Skills:

  • Portfolio: Work samples that demonstrate SharePoint design and layout, UI/UX skills, website design, email campaign design, and design systems.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in SharePoint, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles and processes.
  • Software: Experience with AEM websites, Knak Email Builder, Staffbase Email Builder.
  • Pharmaceutical experience: Experience working in a highly regulated environment, with an understanding of FDA regulations and their design implications.
