We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to help craft engaging and intuitive digital experiences for Webflow University. You’ll craft user flows, wireframes, and interactive content while designing eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and branded elements. Plus, you’ll build a scalable design system that keeps everything looking sharp. If you have a knack for designing seamless SaaS or enterprise websites, love creating smooth navigation experiences, and have a genuine interest in education, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $121,000 - $164,000
      • Zone B: $114,000 - $154,000
      • Zone C: $107,000 - $144,500

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Senior Web Designer, you’ll …

  • Collaborate with Webflow University Platform team to execute on large-scale initiatives as well as to support ad hoc projects
  • Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive content
  • Develop and maintain visual assets such as illustrations, graphics, and branded elements to ensure a cohesive and engaging customer education experience
  • Build and maintain a design system for Customer Education, including brand guidelines, design specifications and reusable components

About you:

You’ll thrive as a/an Senior Web Designer if you:

  • Have experience designing, developing, and maintaining websites for SaaS and/or enterprise software products. Bonus points if it was focused on customer education or product enablement.
  • Are proficient in Figma or similar tools to create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups; familiarity with designing in Webflow is a plus!
  • Have experience designing intuitive navigation structures and search functionalities to enhance content discoverability and user experience.
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments by proactively identifying solutions, taking initiative, and driving clarity.
  • Are a strong communicator with the ability to articulate design decisions, navigate feedback, and build alignment with stakeholders.
