and significant opportunities for professional development! As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping homeowners protect their investments by providing top-tier roofing, siding, and gutter solutions. This is not just a job—it's an opportunity to

You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive property

inspections , educating clients on their options, and closing sales with confidence. With

high-quality leads provided , your potential is only limited by your ambition! Our sales process is designed to maximize your earning potential—starting with

one appointment per day

(five per week, 20 per month), and with a

25% close rate , you could generate

$8,000 or more per month .

By taking initiative with self-generated leads, your earnings can grow even further. For example, through proactive outreach—knocking on 12 doors per appointment, having meaningful conversations with homeowners, and securing additional appointments—you can add

3-4 extra sales per month , potentially increasing your monthly earnings to

$11,000 or more , all within a structured and efficient 104-hour work month.

Key Responsibilities: Phase 1 - Prospecting & Selling: Actively generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals Conduct property inspections and establish service agreements Build relationships with homeowners and business owners Participate in comprehensive onboarding training Phase 2 - Project Coordination & Contracting: Collaborate with insurance adjusters and clients to assess project needs Coordinate work schedules and ensure timely project completion Create detailed work outlines and finalize contracts Ensure smooth project execution from start to finish Phase 3 - Estimating & Expanding Services: Provide accurate project estimates and recommendations Offer solutions for roofing, siding, gutters, and windows Collect progress payments and final checks from clients

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED (required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Ability to climb ladders and perform on-roof assessments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required Roofing or construction experience is a plus Ability to work outdoors and flexible hours, including some weekends

Compensation:

Draw against Commission Expected Yearly Compensation Range:

$60,000 - $150,000+ (Uncapped Commission Opportunities) Average Monthly Earnings:

$5,000 - $10,000 Top Performers:

$12,500+ monthly Paid bi-weekly based on closed transactions
