is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Interior Designer Level IV to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible to support the team with tasks such as selecting design concepts, finishes, lighting, and architectural details, developing space plans, creating digital presentations and renderings, presenting to clients, preparing construction documents, coordinating with project consultants, managing submittals and project RFIs, selecting furnishings, art, and accessories, overseeing procurement and installations, and assisting with project closeout

Responsibilities

Provide project admin support to Designers and Managers Design multifamily projects Interact with clients semi-regularly Coordinate with other professionals such as contractors, architects, engineers and other consultants to ensure job success Capable of preparing and presenting to clients both virtually and in person Develop strong relationship with vendors Prepare and manage furniture budgets Utilize vendors and materials knowledge to create unique and innovative presentations Produce documentation, detailed instructions, drawings and specifications Successful at multi-tasking to meet fast-paced project deadlines Assist in requesting pricing for budgetary purposes Adheres to and understands building codes and ADA compliance throughout project lifecycle Manage and coordinate installs Record and publish meeting minutes Pull furniture, art and accessory selections Domestic travel is required Provide mentorship for Level I, II, and III Designers

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design Professional license is required Experience should be relevant to Multifamily Technical proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Enscape and SketchUp is desirable Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal skills Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm and with clients Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and concepts both verbally and digitally Develop strong intercompany relationships
