Job Summary

A Regional Residential Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced Bilingual Community Manager (Spanish/English) to oversee a portfolio of 120 residential units. This individual will deliver high-level customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on maximizing occupancy, maintaining resident satisfaction, and ensuring the efficient operation of the community. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day property operations, resident relations, and reporting while maintaining compliance with company policies. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and team members.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of 120 residential units, ensuring effective leasing and resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, supervising all on-site staff to maintain compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resident relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Oversee all aspects of leasing operations, including preleasing, home delivery, vacant inventory management, rent specials, and lease renewals.
  • Track and manage collections and delinquency issues.
  • Monitor property maintenance operations, including warranty and non-warranty work.
  • Assist with oversight of property-level Accounts Payable (A/P) for assigned units, ensuring the accuracy of invoices and expenses.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding services and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed to satisfaction.
  • Address property-related issues, including resident access to amenities, gate codes, violations, and complaints.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives related to the assigned portfolio.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed by the company.


Skills & Specialized Knowledge

  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving results and meeting goals.
  • Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Café, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle diverse situations effectively and remain calm in a high-pressure environment.
  • Capable of working independently and collaborating with various teams.
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Upbeat personality and demeanor, with a strong drive for excellence.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal oversight.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing and property management for single-family and/or multifamily residential communities.
  • Proven experience in managing, training, and supervising staff or teams, with the ability to motivate and lead others to achieve company goals.
  • Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
