We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Content Operations (x2) to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and excellence of our content. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain impeccable content standards, track and resolve reported issues, and play a pivotal role in testing and improving our products before launch.
This role is open to remote working and reports to the Senior Manager, Content Operations.

Expected salary Range: $78,000- $90,000 per year
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% 401(k)/pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Content Quality Champion: Manage the intake of inquiries about potential errors in our curricula and maintain detailed logs to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborative Partner: Build strong relationships with subject matter experts to understand their workflows, minimize errors, and make content more engaging for learners.
- Content Updates & Integrity: Update source material and verify that changes are consistently reflected across platforms and documentation.
- Learner Engagement: Communicate clearly and efficiently with learners who report potential content issues.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze error patterns to provide valuable feedback to curriculum developers and improve future content.
- Streamline Processes: Develop documentation for error management processes, creating clear guidelines for continuous improvement.
- Product Beta Testing: Lead beta testing efforts, gather feedback, and work closely with technical teams and learning designers to refine new products before they go live.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in content management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required; experience with Canvas LMS and Salesforce CRM is a bonus.
- Ability to update HTML is desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle high-stakes projects.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a diplomatic and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in complex, ambiguous situations.
- A creative mindset with a touch of entrepreneurial spirit is a plus.
- Experience in publishing, editorial, or content production is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
