Company Location: Orlando FL

Work Location: Remote

Hours: Part-time (10-15 hrs per week)

Range: $15-20/hr

Scope of Work

We have an immediate position for a part-time website designer assisting with projects across all current and future clients for AVANTI. This role may also have the opportunity to assist with projects across multiple client verticals.


Responsibilities:

  • Sitemapping and website planning.
  • Assisting manager conducting thorough research and interviews with clients regarding their brand as it pertains to their website and online presence.
  • Assisting with fulfillment on website projects as needed including design and layout (mobile and desktop design and responsive settings).
  • Editing and proofreading copy as needed.
  • Sourcing images and other relevant content for website projects as delegated by the project manager and other creative professionals.
  • Assisting the project manager with managing timelines and creative efforts across outside agencies, internal designers, and stakeholders in all areas of the business.
  • Helping maintain brand consistency in creative and website designs.
  • Assisting the project manager with internal and client communications.
  • Completing administrative tasks as assigned to include presentation generation, submission tracking to third-party partners and IP holders, etc.
  • Observing new platform trends and features and incorporating them into your resources.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written and proofreading skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization skills.
  • Capable of multitasking, in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment & extremely detail-oriented & resourceful.
  • Proficiency in Wordpress, YOOTheme, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud including: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and others.
  • Working knowledge in ClickUp, Slack, and the Google Business Suite line of products including: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Doc, Google Sheets, Google Presentations.
  • Ability to work virtually and maintain professional business relationships.
  • Capable of multitasking, in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment & extremely detail-oriented & resourceful.
  • Outstanding time-management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple website projects at once, each with their own challenges, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Must be energetic, self-motivated, and demonstrate a strong personal desire to achieve results.
  • Have a collaborative mindset.
  • Have a flair for creativity that is outside of the box, while still building websites that meet conversion KPIs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in website development, graphic design, or related field, however extensive industry specific enterprise sales experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Additional proficiency in video editing softwares in the Adobe Creative Cloud including: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Media Encoder.
  • Proven history of overachieving project completions and results in a high-volume, high-growth company.
