POSITION OVERVIEWThe Sr. Director, Growth Marketing will lead and execute strategies that drive brand growth for Upneeq while owning the eCommerce channel to maximize conversions and sales. This role requires strategic vision, leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a data-driven, multi-channel environment. The Sr. Director, Growth Marketing will mentor teams, foster innovation, and align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy for the Upneeq brand, driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.Set strategic priorities for paid media, organic channels, influencer partnerships, and lifecycle marketing to achieve aggressive growth targets.Build a high-performing marketing team and collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with company objectives and revenue goals.Lead multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, paid social, organic social, influencer marketing, and email marketing to drive top- and mid-funnel awareness.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop brand narratives and high-impact campaigns that meet awareness and conversion needs.Oversee continuous website performance enhancements across distribution channels to improve conversion rates (CVR) and customer satisfaction.Take ownership of the eCommerce funnel, ensuring an optimized customer experience from landing pages to checkout.Implement data-driven strategies to maximize average order value and repeat purchases.Collaborate with the CCO and tech dev team on pricing strategies and promotional planning to drive profitability and customer retention.Drive measurable increases in revenue, conversion rates, and customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies.Oversee paid media efforts with a focus on maximizing ROI across channels.Establish and monitor KPIs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.Utilize analytics tools and resources to evaluate campaign performance, customer LTV, CAC, and other key metrics.Drive experimentation through A/B testing across platforms to optimize performance at scale and drive conversion and repeat purchases.Develop and oversee customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, subscription models, and personalized marketing.Partner with product teams to deliver seamless customer journeys and innovative engagement touchpoints.Overhaul lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and reduce churn, using a mix of creative and data-driven approaches.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in growth marketing, eCommerce marketing, or performance marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in telemedicine a plus. Demonstrated success scaling DTC brands in beauty, healthcare, or CPG industries.Expertise in paid media strategy, lifecycle marketing, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker).Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and customer experience optimization.Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, with a data-first approach to problem-solving.Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Ability to travel up to 30%, including travel to the Company’s headquarters at least once per month, if not based in NJ.ABOUT USRVL Pharmaceuticals is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the commercialization and development of products that target markets with underserved patient populations in the ocular and medical aesthetics therapeutic areas.
