Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all Kith projects meet their asset deliverables and timelines. The role will require you to work cross-functionally with all teams involved in Kith's marketing endeavors, including the Marketing, Content, Web/Digital, and Merchandising teams. You will be required to learn the internal software and processes Kith uses, as well as think strategically about ways to evolve and better the overall system. The ideal candidate has experience in project management, is extremely organized, works well with others, able to manage both people and processes, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do: Oversee asset and timeline deliverables for all Kith projects (inclusive of Kith's in-house men's, women's, kid's and Treats lines, as well as all further marketing initiatives including multi-brand, partnerships, and more). Collaborate with all necessary teams to keep everyone aligned throughout simultaneously and quickly moving projects. Learn and manage Kith's internal software and processes to hit all necessary deliverables across all teams / have experience in project management platforms such as AirTable and Monday.com In-the-moment execution as well as future planning. Skills You Possess:

5+ years of experience in project management with a focus in content and marketing. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Experience working cross-functionally/across multiple teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to receive direction and implement feedback effectively. Adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to managing challenges and finding solutions. Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset that fosters team success. Knowledge of post-production processes and experience managing creative assets. Ability to work efficiently while balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
