Job Description Therapy Brands is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the product marketing strategy for our Rehabilitative Care and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) solutions. This role requires extensive experience in SaaS healthcare-specifically, marketing solutions designed for healthcare professionals. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Why This Role Matters Our solutions empower physical therapists, occupational therapists, and ABA professionals to focus on patient care by eliminating time-consuming administrative tasks like documentation, scheduling, and billing. Nobody enters healthcare to manage paperwork-we help practitioners spend more time with their clients and less time on operations.

As the chief storyteller for this market segment, you will own go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement for a leading suite of practice management and data collection tools. Your insights will drive marketing strategy, influence product direction, and create demand among healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

Develop Market-Defining Content : Craft compelling product collateral, website copy, and thought leadership assets such as white papers, conference presentations, webinars, and industry reports. Lead Go-To-Market Strategy:

Execute integrated product launches in collaboration with product, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams. Know the Market Inside & Out:

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to refine product positioning and drive competitive differentiation. Enable Sales & Customer Success Teams:

Build sales playbooks, training materials, and buyer guides to improve pipeline conversion and deal velocity. Shape Product Strategy:

Work closely with product management to influence pricing, packaging, and roadmap decisions based on customer insights. Drive Industry Awareness:

Develop ROI models, case studies, and infographics to position Therapy Brands as a thought leader in the SaaS healthcare space. What You Bring

4+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS healthcare environment (Required) Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for healthcare audiences Experience driving product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills Ability to analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and customer feedback to inform strategy Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments
