Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:

Some nights until 8:30pm. and some Saturdays, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience: Two years of college or a combination of related experience, certifications and education that equates to the required degree. One year of clerical or administrative support experience in a library, office or other work environment that requires similar knowledge, skills, and abilities. Experience with library practices and procedures, preservation practices, vital records and general office equipment. Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate's degree.
