We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grants and Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic development team. This individual will be responsible for securing and managing approximately $600,000 annually in grant funding, building and nurturing relationships with business and corporate partners, and contributing to the organization's mission through effective fundraising and data-driven impact reporting.
As part of a collaborative team that includes the Director, a donations processor, a Volunteer Manager, and a Communications Strategist, the Grants and Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in sustaining and growing financial resources that support our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Grant Management:
(60% of effort)
Prepare, write, and submit compelling grant proposals, renewal applications, and reports. Maintain a detailed calendar of grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and renewal opportunities to ensure timely submissions. Monitor and manage the implementation of current grants, ensuring compliance with funder guidelines and effective utilization of funds. Research, identify, and pursue new grant opportunities that align with the organization's mission and goals. Corporate Relations:

Cultivate and manage relationships with small business and corporate partners to secure sponsorships, in-kind donations, and other funding opportunities. Collaborate with the Director and Communications Strategist to create tailored proposals and partnership materials that highlight organizational impact. Represent the organization at small business and corporate networking events and meetings to build connections and strengthen partnerships. Impact Data Collection and Reporting : (10% of effort)
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze programmatic impact data for grant reporting and donor communications. Develop clear, data-driven narratives that demonstrate the effectiveness of the organization's initiatives to funders and stakeholders. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Director and other team members to align fundraising efforts with strategic goals. Provide regular updates on grant and corporate relations activities, progress, and outcomes to the development team. Actively support fundraising and community engagement events and programs. Contribute to a positive work culture by supporting the organization's mission and collaborating with colleagues across departments. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, or a related field. A minimum of three years of progressive experience in fundraising, including grant writing and corporate relations. Proven track record of securing and managing grants of $25,000 or more. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive and impactful proposals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in fundraising databases and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) is a plus. Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to advancing its goals.
