The Director of Sports Marketing drives the development and leads the execution of the regional Sports Marketing initiatives. You will build local and regional brand affinity through events and athletes while paying into Red Bull's relevant global and national strategies. You will manage a team of SSMM who, in turn, manage Athlete Marketing through AMM, Event Marketing through EMM, Gaming through GMM, and all related activity throughout the expansive geography of the region. You will continuously drive clear alignment between SaMo and all their regional Sports Marketing team to ensure our strategies, tactics, and events are the most innovative, on-brand, and impactful within the world of Red Bull.

that matter most for this role: 12+ years of experience in Marketing and Management with a focus on sports, athletes, and consumers Vital planning and project management competencies, including budget management skills An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies A history of thoughtful execution of creative ideas Experience with identifying different sports trends and scenes on a regional and national level Extensive experience in managing large budgets. Knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on content Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 30-40% Permanent Benefits eligible
