Responsibilities Core Responsibilities

Drive the creation of cutting-edge software solutions for Work and Asset Management. Craft intuitive UI/UX designs for mobile applications and seamless integrations with web services and APIs. Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement modern, high-performance platforms. Maintain top-tier performance, quality, and responsiveness in all applications. Uphold code quality and organization, and foster a culture of constructive feedback through code reviews. Create detailed technical designs and support development and testing processes. Manage multiple technical environments and support development and testing processes. Spearhead and support data conversion and migration initiatives. Identify opportunities for optimization and provide innovative solutions that align with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure rigorous quality assurance testing. Qualifications Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering and a minimum of (3) years of Information Technology experience. Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering and a minimum of (5) years of Information Technology experience. High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of (7) years of Information Technology experience. Relevant Work Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a technical software development role, specializing in web and client applications. Must have experience in Java or C# programming languages. Must have experience in Java or C# programming languages. Must have experience in JavaScript and HTML/CSS for web forms. Must have experience in SQL and relational databases. Experience in vb.Net, Python, or similar languages is a plus. Experience developing integrations using web services and related technologies is a plus. Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus. Experience in responsive web design is a plus. Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and mobile technology is a plus. Experience in GitHub and Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus. Experience in a utility company is a plus. Must have strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. Demonstrate knowledge in front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and frameworks like Angular or React. Possess working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and XML. Understand business process designs using workflows. Ability to convert functional requirements into technical specifications, configure, tailor, and customize solutions, including building interfaces. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development concepts. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a diverse project team environment. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including data protection, access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements. Possesses the skill to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing business setting, with the ability to change priorities and efforts as needs and goals change. Licenses and Certifications
