Position Overview This role is responsible for designing and driving the strategic integration of merchandising and digital marketing functions to enhance business growth and maintain brand consistency across all channels. Acting as a critical liaison between merchandising and marketing, this position ensures seamless execution of product launches and merchandising initiatives that drive brand equity and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies by aligning merchandising and digital marketing teams on business objectives, product storytelling, and campaign execution to optimize brand presence across all channels. Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead collaboration between merchandising, marketing, and vendor teams, managing communication workflows and serving as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives. Strategic Project Management:

Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact projects, including brand partnerships and new brand partner website launches, ensuring alignment on timelines, resources, and success metrics. Product Launch Coordination:

Direct the product launch strategy by managing the master launch calendar, coordinating cross-functional requirements, and optimizing execution across all channels for maximum market impact. Merchandising & Marketing Support:

Provide data-driven insights to support merchandising and marketing teams in decision-making, helping drive innovation and best-in-class practices. Collaboration & Insights:

Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Analytics, and Brands) to uncover new product opportunities and develop compelling storytelling strategies. Process Optimization:

Identify and implement opportunities to streamline communication and enhance efficiency across merchandising and marketing organizations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, the ability to drive cross-functional alignment, and a passion for leveraging data to inform marketing and merchandising strategies.
