The Role:

As the

Director of Digital Marketing , you will lead and execute the growth strategy across

performance marketing

and

e-commerce

to drive sustainable, data-driven growth across the entire customer journey. From increasing brand awareness to driving conversions and retaining customers, your work will be central to scaling the business. You will be responsible for developing and managing

marketing strategies , executing

GTM

(Go-to-Market) plans for product launches and campaigns, and optimizing the

digital marketing budget

to achieve sales and revenue goals. In this role, you will also oversee the

management of a large, cross-functional team , working closely with internal teams and external agencies to create high-performing campaigns. Your work will directly impact the brand's visibility, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.

Please note this role requires working onsite at our headquarters in Brea, California.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of

performance marketing

strategies, ensuring

data-driven

decision-making throughout all aspects of digital marketing, from brand awareness to acquisition and retention. Define and implement

GTM

strategies for new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximizing reach and engagement. Manage the

digital marketing budget , making data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently across channels, optimize spend, and maximize ROI while achieving customer acquisition, sales, and revenue targets. Use

data analytics

to continuously monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance across all channels, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to improve conversions and increase traffic quality. Collaborate with

branding

teams to enhance

brand awareness

and improve customer loyalty, leveraging data insights to refine the brand's market position and drive measurable improvements in performance. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that improve

DTC e-commerce

performance, focusing on traffic acquisition, user experience, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in

growth marketing , applying this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge and refine strategies. Lead and manage a large, cross-functional digital marketing team , ensuring alignment with performance goals, fostering a culture of

collaboration ,

innovation , and

continuous improvement . Mentor and develop team members to ensure high performance and growth. Foster cross-functional collaboration with

product ,

CX ,

B2B , and

web development

teams to drive a unified, seamless marketing strategy that enhances DTC e-commerce performance. Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), holding teams accountable for achieving performance targets. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 7+ years of experience

in

growth marketing , with a strong focus on

performance marketing ,

e-commerce , and

data-driven decision-making . Proven track record in driving

DTC e-commerce growth , optimizing traffic, improving conversion rates, and achieving

sales/revenue

targets. With experience in managing digital storefronts, optimizing user experiences, and integrating marketing campaigns to drive growth. Strong background in

budget management , with the ability to make

data-driven decisions

for effective resource allocation, ensuring ROI and growth. Excellent

data analytics

skills, proficient in tools such as

Google Analytics ,

Google Ads ,

SEO ,

email marketing , and

SMS platforms , to continually optimize campaign performance and drive insights. Experience in defining and executing

GTM

strategies for product launches, promotions, and overall marketing plans. Strong leadership

and

team management

skills, with experience leading large, cross-functional teams and agencies. Proven ability to mentor and inspire team members, driving a high-performing, results-oriented team culture. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights and performance reports. Keys to Success:

$180,000 - $250,000 a year
