Strong understanding of enterprise technology stacks like Microsoft and Salesforce (reporting and dashboard experience) required. 2 years of experience required within report writing. Strong understanding of Data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts required.

Hours:

Traditional Monday through Friday work schedule with occasional evenings and weekends based on project launches or other support. Travel:

Occasional travel needs for projects, assignments or home office meetings. RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the full Data Analytics and Reporting solution lifecycle including planning, analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance and support. Analyze and model the business needs to create a complete picture of data, workflows and technical requirements. Develop reports, dashboards and ad-hoc quires and analyze data to give insights into better decision making. Look at needs of stakeholders with multiple different perspectives and suggest creative solutions. Facilitate high value discussions to elicit requirements and then produce documents displaying the findings. Create visualizations using SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, Salesforce and CRMA. Develop and maintain dashboards and other visualization tools to track institutional KPIs and metrics. Identify and resolve discrepancies in data sources and suggest improvements to data collection processes where necessary. Revise data and reporting solutions to overcome problems faced by business partners. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration. Train and support end-users in accessing and interpreting reports and data visualizations.
