Job Title: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Location: Minneapolis, MN (with travel to Duluth and Rochester offices)
Salary: $150,000 base (DOE) + Bonus & Commission

This role is a rare opportunity to lead and expand a high-performing sales team across three offices in Duluth, Minneapolis, and Rochester.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial sales professionals across multiple locations. Drive business growth through strategic planning, sales leadership, and market expansion. Collaborate with senior executives to align sales goals with company objectives. Regular travel to Duluth and Rochester to ensure alignment and success across teams. Qualifications:
Extensive experience in commercial sales, with a proven track record of driving results and exceeding targets. Demonstrated leadership in managing and growing successful sales teams. Experience speaking with key decision makers on the operational level, including but not limited to Property Managers, Building Engineers, CEOs, Procurement Officers and other decision makers and stake holders.
