What's the position?

Our SVP - Marketing and Engagement will lead a comprehensive strategy that bridges acquisition, media, creative, CRM, and promotional engagement to drive business growth and elevate Hard Rock Digital's online sportsbook and casino business. You'll oversee efforts that span the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring cohesive campaigns that resonate with our audiences and maximize ROI.

In this role, you will: Lead a comprehensive marketing strategy

combining performance media, dynamic creative, and engagement initiatives (CRM and promotions) to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and retention goals. Develop a full-funnel marketing approach

across paid media, social, affiliate, CRM, and promotional channels with a focus on innovation and utilization of customer insights. Oversee creative excellence

by driving the creation of best-in-class assets that enhance engagement and deliver measurable results. Optimize media investments

through advanced programmatic solutions, data-driven insights, and performance-based experimentation. Champion engagement strategies

by aligning promotions, CRM operations (email, push, in-app events), and analytics to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. Build and lead a high-performing team

of marketers, media strategists, creatives, and engagement professionals who execute on ambitious goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams

including Product, Analytics, and Brand to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster innovation

by identifying new media opportunities, testing novel engagement tactics, and leveraging customer insights to inform strategy. Act as a thought leader

within the organization, advising executive leadership on trends, measurement frameworks, and strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market. What are we looking for?

B.S./B.A. degree with 10+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within the online gaming or sportsbook industry. Expertise in programmatic media, digital marketing, and creative optimization. Demonstrated success in driving acquisition, retention, and brand growth through data-driven strategies and innovative creative approaches. Deep understanding of CRM platforms, promotional strategies, and customer engagement best practices. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build and mentor a diverse team of marketers, analysts, and creatives. Proficiency in marketing measurement methodologies, including media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and experimentation. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. A passion for dynamic creative, emotive marketing, and audience-first thinking.
