Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions.

Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Marketing will lead the marketing team and efforts within our global central lab. This senior leadership role will focus on driving commercial sales strategies, increasing market penetration, and enhancing our brand visibility within the clinical and laboratory space. This position requires deep industry knowledge, strong sales and marketing acumen, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities. Additionally, this position will lead and manage the Marketing team members and develop their skills in order to meet the needs of the organization now as well as the future needs of LabConnect.

Responsibilities: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of commercial sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving growth and increasing market share in the clinical central lab industry. Develop sales enablement tools, campaigns, and collateral that empower the sales team to effectively communicate value propositions to healthcare providers, clinical research organizations, and laboratory clients. Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the clinical laboratory and diagnostics industry. Use data and insights to refine strategies, improve customer targeting, and optimize marketing investments. Oversee brand development and positioning to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, events, and social media. Build and promote a strong brand identity that reflects the company's commitment to quality and innovation in clinical laboratory services. Drive demand generation strategies, including digital marketing, lead nurturing, content marketing, and events, to generate qualified leads for the sales team. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities. Work closely with product management, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with broader business goals. Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts. Regularly analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI. Present reports to senior leadership on marketing performance. Education/Experience/Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience in the clinical or laboratory services industry, ideally with exposure to both the scientific and commercial aspects of clinical labs (e.g., diagnostics, laboratory technologies, or testing services). 10+ years experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading teams, developing strategies, and executing campaigns. 5+ years experience of management/leadership experience, overseeing teams, budgets, and organizational goals. Strategic Marketing Skills:

Ability to create and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with business objectives, including market positioning, customer acquisition, and brand management. Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to make informed decisions. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams (sales, research & development) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies). Project Management:

Expertise in managing multiple, complex marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Digital Marketing and Technology:

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools for campaign tracking and performance measurement. Financial Acumen:

Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and return on investment (ROI) metrics for marketing programs. Role Location/Travel:
