Amazon’s growing Canada Selling Partner Recruitment & Success org team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to make an impact on thousands of businesses selling on Amazon.ca. This role is for candidates who are passionate about driving marketing at scale through automation. If you join the Canada New Seller Success team, you will help us build scalable marketing programs aimed at growing our Selling Partner businesses. To be successful in this role you will need to thrive on ambiguity, be able to see the big picture and also execute on a tactical level.
A successful candidate would be a strong communicator, effective listener, and project manager who is able to balance multiple and often conflicting priorities. We are looking for someone who can create a set of successful channel strategies, roll out and analyze effective campaigns, and optimize performance over time.
This candidate needs to be comfortable working with complex challenges, appreciates autonomy, and understands the value of a rapid test-learn approach.
Experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or e-commerce merchandising is highly desired.
Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the vision for developing scalable and automated marketing solutions to support businesses selling on Amazon.ca. You will be responsible for presenting your strategy to senior leadership, executing against the strategy, sharing results, and iterating your strategy based on results. This includes identifying target audiences, developing content and messaging, partnering across internal teams, and using marketing tactics like merchandising, email marketing, and social media marketing. You will work closely with Product Managers, Marketers, Sales, Finance, as well as Senior Business Leaders across CA and WW to define new initiatives and customer experiences, analyze the business and present your vision.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
