About the Team: The Creator Marketing Team delivers best-in-class campaigns and events that drive product awareness, adoption, and amplify key creator narratives. This team plays a vital role in strengthening TikTok's position as a trusted partner for creators, empowering them with tools, guidance, and inspiration to elevate their content and experiences.

About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Measurement & Insights to support TikTok's Creator Marketing team by enabling data-driven strategies that optimize campaign performance, audience segmentation, and evolve our long-term measurement strategy. This individual will be responsible for applying advanced data analytics, marketing measurement, and experimentation techniques to inform decision-making and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities - Analyze creator marketing campaigns to uncover actionable insights and optimize performance across perception, conversion, and incrementality metrics. - Leverage data to support both short-term tactical initiatives and long-term strategic planning for the Creator Marketing team. - Develop and refine audience segmentation models to target creators effectively based on behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns. - Identify key creator cohorts to tailor marketing strategies for improved personalization and engagement. - Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Analyze test results to inform campaign optimizations and validate hypotheses on creator engagement and product adoption. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor and communicate campaign results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, business, and data-science teams to ensure consistency in our tooling and streamlined reporting. - Establish a comprehensive learning agenda across product, marketing, and the broader creator team to prioritize insights and drive continuous improvement. - Partner with product and data science teams to integrate marketing insights into product development roadmaps. - Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to solve complex business problems. - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing science, or a similar role. - Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and developing data pipelines. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign analysis, and marketing funnel optimization.

Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with A/B testing and other experimentation techniques. - Experience working within the consumer, creator, or B2B marketing ecosystem, partnering with full-funnel marketing teams across performance and brand initiatives. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to executive audiences.
