We are seeking a dynamic and mission-obsessed

Head of Creator Partnerships and Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities Build and Scale an Influencer Engine: Develop and operationalize a scalable system for sourcing, onboarding, and managing influencers across multiple channels. Design workflows, tools, and playbooks to ensure consistent campaign execution at scale.

Resource Allocation and Channel Strategy: Strategically allocate resources across various creator segments and platforms to maximize ROI. Identify high-potential channels and creators to prioritize efforts, balancing reach, engagement, and conversions.

Creator Engagement and Value Proposition: Craft compelling value propositions that resonate with creators and inspire long-term collaboration. Develop messaging and programs to attract top-tier talent while maintaining authenticity and alignment with the brand.

Experimentation and Innovation: Lead rapid iteration cycles to test and refine campaign strategies, formats, and channels. Analyze data from experiments to uncover insights, scale winning strategies, and pivot when necessary.

Campaign Execution: Manage the execution of influencer campaigns, including briefing, content approval, and performance monitoring. Ensure alignment between creator content and brand objectives while maintaining creative freedom for influencers.

Performance Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed dashboards to track the performance of influencer campaigns against KPIs. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving measurable results. Demonstrated success in building scalable systems for influencer activation and campaign management.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of influencer marketing platforms, creator behaviors, and conversion-driven strategies across key social channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Experience experimenting with various creator verticals, from micro-influencers to top-tier talent.

Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performance. Exceptional communication skills for crafting persuasive pitches, creator onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration. Creative problem-solving abilities to design and iterate innovative campaign systems and strategies.
