We are on the lookout for a Director of Marketing for our Purified Brands Portfolio to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing innovative marketing strategies and detailed go-to-market plans for our billion-dollar brand, Pure Life, as well as other brands like Primo Water and regional favorite Sparkletts. Your efforts will be pivotal in driving growth through our Renovation, Traditional Retail, and unique Refill, Exchange, and Home and Office Delivery services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the purified portfolio, ensuring comprehensive tactics across advertising, media, social media, retail, and consumer events to boost awareness and drive profitable business growth. Ensure cross-functional collaboration on the exchange and refill segments of the Primo business by working closely with sales and Water Solutions teams to align go-to-market strategies with sales objectives. Manage relationships with both internal and external agencies, including creative, PR, trade marketing, and media, to deliver compelling brand campaigns that achieve business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (insights, finance, sales, supply chain, water solutions) to drive key business initiatives and maintain alignment throughout the process. Build and lead a high-performing team of five marketing professionals dedicated to driving consumer awareness, engagement, and purchases. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in marketing and brand management within the CPG sector; an MBA would be advantageous. Proven abilities in budget planning and management, with the capacity to multitask across various projects and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of insights, analytics, and business performance evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences. Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $199,725 - $239,986, accompanied by a 25% annual bonus opportunity. Salary Disclaimer:
