Assistant Director of Marketing (Temp)

WHAT WILL YOU DO: The Assistant Director of Marketing (Temp) will assist with the operational, marketing, operational, and logistical functions of the DBA Program. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Help create, design and monitor digital and traditional marketing efforts in the Program. Managing vendor contracts, including negotiation and coordination of services (add placement, venues, catering, transportation, etc.). Nurture DBA candidate prospects, answer their questions about the program, and help them in the application process. Manage social media presence and promotion. Coordinate logistical arrangements for program events and activities, ensuring everything is prepared in advance and invitations to prospective candidates are sent. Support the budgeting process by tracking expenses and assisting in financial reporting. Assist in participant onboarding, ensuring all documentation and materials are in place. Assist with communication between internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and administrative departments. Maintain organized records of program activities, contracts, and communications. Provide behind-the-scenes support to the program director, enabling effective student and alumni engagement. Assistance with other administrative duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Requirements: Masters in Marketing or related subject preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail. Able to work independently. Experience in logistics coordination or event planning. Knowledge of digital marketing design, organization, and implementation Social media management knowledge and skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier) and Canva a plus Familiarity with CRM software (Slate, Salesforce), Mailchimp, contracts and budgeting processes is a plus.
