As we continue expanding into the North American market, we are looking for a dynamic marketing operations professional to drive brand partnerships, supplier sourcing, and offline campaigns.

Position Summary:

The

North America Marketing Operations Manager

will focus on identifying and onboarding premium local suppliers, brands, and building relationships with IP(intellectual property) owners and licensors to support business growth. This role will also assist with implementing key campaigns and coordinating impactful offline marketing events to increase market visibility.

Responsibilities:

Supplier and Brand Sourcing :

Identify and build strong partnerships with premium North American suppliers, brands, and IP(intellectual property) resources.

Lead supplier onboarding and integration to support e-commerce and offline business channels.

Campaign Execution :

Collaborate on the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns to drive business objectives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with local market needs and brand positioning.

Offline Event Coordination :

Plan and coordinate offline brand activities, including pop-ups, influencer activations, and retail events.

Support local teams to successfully implement brand-led initiatives.

Collaboration with Influencers and Advertisers :

Build and manage relationships with local advertising partners, influencers, and creators to amplify campaigns.

Utilize existing resources to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements:

Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand management, or supplier sourcing within industries such as apparel, FMCG, or technology brands.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands.

Demonstrated experience independently managing and scaling brands in new markets.

Skills and Resources:

Proven experience collaborating with advertisers, influencers, and creators to drive successful campaigns.

Strong IP and brand network and sourcing experience, with an understanding of cross-border e-commerce trends.

Familiarity with coordinating marketing activities across e-commerce platforms and offline retail channels.

Experience in the North American market.

Requirements:

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

Additional Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a results-oriented mindset.
