Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager leverages their proven marketing project management, marketing technology, marketing analytics and people leadership skills to support ROI, sales and continuous improvement across all brands and business channels for WAC Group. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer the individual in this role drives strategic and creative marketing timelines through automation, prioritization and delegation of work across U.S. and Asia teams. You will serve a variety of internal and external stakeholders by driving effectiveness of marketing campaigns and assets while enhancing operational efficiency.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Improve process, procedure and efficiency serving internal and external stakeholders including and not limited to Sales, Business Development, Product Management, IT and Legal teams. Drive International Project Management through building efficient workflows across US and Asia teams to ensure on time delivery of critical assets. Own and drive media asset management/content management and integration practices to align results with business goals. Develop workflows connecting Monday.com with delivery portals and multiple internal departments, ensuring seamless organization and content distribution. Create and automate a high volume of Monday.com Boards, Dashboards and Tickets. Design and implement complex integrated marketing communication plans. Identify, analyze and foresee business challenges, delivering pre-emptive solutions accordingly. Lead, mentor and inspire a team of direct reports including Marketing Operations and Marketing Automation to ensure optimized results. Provide direction on ROI strategies to achieve key goals. Drive marketing data analytics. Create and deliver insightful reporting to Executive leadership on team performance. Analyze marketing performance data, determine actionable insights, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable outcomes. Manage the Catalog Print Production process, providing oversight from Quote, Pricing, Ordering, and Inventory Management through Mail Distribution while maintaining strict adherence to budget and deadlines. Collaborate closely with the CMO in the curation of the Monthly Marketing Newsletter, fostering transparency and cross functional collaboration. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing. 10 years of professional hands-on Marketing Operations experience in a vertically integrated, corporate, data driven Marketing setting. 5 years in a Marketing Operations leadership role overseeing direct reports. Proven solid Project Management skills along with the ability to set and manage timelines and Service Level Agreements. Proven results scaling fast growth in the areas of marketing operations, marketing strategy, and marketing data management. Experience in International Project Management. Comprehensive experience in large scale Print Production. Proficiency using Monday.com or a similar project management tool. Proficiency with email campaign management using HubSpot CRM or a similar tool. Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau. Expert skills in media asset management/content management and integration. Strong background in marketing data analytics. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability and willingness for occasional Domestic and International travel.
The expected salary is 120,000 - 130,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
