Playfly Sports is looking for a Digital Client Service Coordinator to join our team in New York, NY.
Digital Client Service Coordinator (CSC) will responsible for supporting revenue growth for all HTS digital offerings within their assigned set of accounts, as well as linear, through assisting the sales process to agencies with the AE (Account Executive) and CSR (Client Service Representative). The CSC will develop a solid understanding of HTS integrated Linear & Digital offerings, utilizing meticulous organizational & analytical skills to build and steward orders from initial placement to paid invoice.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Pull weekly revenue and delivery pacing reports Capture screenshots for each creative in a campaign within 48 hours of launch/creative changes Compile and send monthly billing to agencies within 15 business days after month end Build recap slide decks using screenshots/reporting within 5 business days after the end date of a given campaign Use Ad Management system for order entry and maintenance, posting, resolve discrepancies, file orders and process make-goods as needed Work on admin tasks requested from CSR, AE, or Director/VP of Sales as needed Oversee daily ad-serving and 3rd party technology tracking Create regular and ad hoc Excel reports in support of the sales function Collaborate with and support the CSR on all account stewardship processes Remain current on all relevant sports issues and events in order to assemble efficient packages with maximum value Provide background and research on client targets and categories as requested by CSR and AE Assist CSRs with asset delivery/communication between agencies and internal partners Assist CSRs to build sales proposals Assist AE's with pulling audience research Other job-related duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL BRING
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred Previous office experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is required Proficiency in PowerPoint is preferred with some knowledge of basic CRM systems Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships required Good organizational skills and a proven ability to work both as a member of a team and individually are necessary Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment required Experience and understanding: STRATA, Wide Orbit, MOAT, Innovid, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Campaign Manager, FreeWheel, ComScore, DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, and Extreme Reach. TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role takes place in an office setting and is a sedentary role Minimal travel may be required to attend meetings, conduct trainings, etc.
COMPENSATION
The pay range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
