If you are someone who can be yourself, advocate for others, stay nimble, dream big, own every outcome, and think global but act local - come join our team As part of the SITUSAMC Technology Operations Office, the Contract Technical Writer will work across our technology organization to develop and standardize documentation, references and architectural diagrams. Essential Job Functions: + Develop Documentation: Write, edit, and maintain user guides, API references, FAQs, and online help content that simplify complex technical information + Create and/or standardize architectural diagrams and process flows + Collaborate across teams and partner with engineers, product managers and customer-facing teams to gather insights, clarify requirements, and produce materials tailored to user needs. + Triage user feedback and take action to prioritize feedback. + Manage all aspects of the documentation process (planning, testing, maintaining, and delivery). + Create Engaging Content using visuals, examples, and clear language to help users quickly understand workflows, features, and functionality. + Ensure Accessibility by Structuring content for diverse audiences, including developers, researchers, and business users. + Continuously update documentation to reflect product changes, new features, and user feedback. + Drive Standards and develop style guides and best practices to ensure consistency across all documentation. + Use metrics to identify underperforming content and develop plans for improvement. + Use writing expertise and extraordinary attention to detail to evaluate, uphold, implement, and evangelize content standards that reflect the voice of SitusAMC + Other tasks as assigned by manager Qualifications/ Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, English or related field + Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience as a technical writer, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent. + 3+ years To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
