Role Overview As an Architectural Designer, you will be involved in all phases of residential design, from conceptual development to construction documentation. You will produce thoughtful, well-executed single-family home designs. This role is ideal for a creative problem solver who enjoys the balance of design aesthetics, functional planning, and technical precision. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing design concepts for custom and production single-family homes Create floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and present design solutions Research building codes, zoning regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and innovation Support architects with project documentation, detailing, and revisions Qualifications & Skills Associates, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field 5-10+ years of experience in residential architecture or home design Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong understanding of single-family residential design and construction methods Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and material specifications Passion for custom home design, sustainability, and innovative housing solutions Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment If you’re passionate about residential architecture and want to help shape beautiful and functional homes, we look forward to receiving your application!
