The hiring salary range for this position is $80,000 - $84,000 annually.

Senior Communications Specialist

The Senior Communications Specialist supports internal and external communication for multiple campaigns and enterprise-wide projects. Using a combination of mediums (videos, infographics, copy, etc.) this role will deliver engaging content that threads together our business decisions and initiatives with our values and strategic vision. This role will own the design, development, and delivery of communication for a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion and excitement for our people, our business, and the future of McGee Air Services. This role reports to the Managing Director, Strategy & Transformation.

Shift Info: Our operational teams work around the clock 365 days per year. Shifts will vary based off specific roles, we work hard and play hard too. Our team members adapt to celebrating Holiday's or Events on different days to ensure a strong operational performance.

Delivers engaging, concise, and relatable communication collateral, including emails, stories, websites, flyers/posters, videos, presentations, and more through varied formats, including employee communications and social media, dependent upon campaign type and target audience. Partners with all departments within the organization to generate new ideas and communications strategies that drive forward McGee's business objectives. Creates and builds news articles, web pages and communications/presentations for internal meetings, town halls, focus groups, etc. Supports project/program roll outs, including but not limited to major announcement preparation and distribution of talking points, memos, key message points, fact sheets and Q&A documents. Analyzes and interprets company programs, initiatives, and projects to determine what communication is needed; identifies the appropriate communication channels/avenues including but not limited to website, email, bulletins, social media, text messaging, leader resources, etc. Ensures proper alignment, implementation and change management occurs to influence and manage communications consistency across workgroups. Produce content that is both effective and timely based on project deadlines & business needs in a fast-paced, high-quality environment Delivers best in class communication collateral, including emails, stories, websites, flyers/posters, videos, presentations, and more through varied formats, including internal communications and social media, dependent upon campaign type and target audience. Apply current industry research and creative approaches to deliver communication that drives engagement and adoption Gain a thorough understanding of McGee audiences and adapt communication content accordingly. Establish continuous improvement cycle by facilitating informal and formal reviews with business owners, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other applicable team members. Develop business acumen and continue to develop analytics and reporting abilities Model and maintain an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture that demonstrates McGee's values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability and Pride Other duties as assigned Must haves to join our team:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or English) or have at least 5 years' experience working on communications planning, development and event execution. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and SharePoint; a solid photography, photo-editing and graphics creation skillset. Ability to complete projects independently using strong time management, planning, project management, and problem resolution skills Capable of influencing and engaging in partnership with others to accomplish common objectives. Flexible in approach with a team-oriented, highly collaborative work style. Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment Authorization to work in the U.S. Much be at least 18 years or older

Salary Range (if applicable):

The hiring salary target for this position is

$80,000.00 - $84,000.00

per year.

The full salary range for this position is

$78,000.00 - $94,516.00

per year.

**Please note, McGee does not hire at the high end of the salary range or target.
