Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities Responsibilities include: - Advise and enable our customers on optimum approaches to complex challenges - Apply knowledge and experience based on leading practices and industry trends - Identify customer's value gaps leveraging our proprietary SuiteReview methodology - Drive the approach to remediate gaps - Architect solutions for complex business requirements, including technical components - Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members - Increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications - Follow essential internal business processes aligned toward delighting our Customers - Drive subscription renewals for continued annual recurring revenue - Effectively translate strategic direction from upper management into actionable plans and execution - Lead collaboration with global Industry/Vertical teams, Shared Services, Customer Success, Client Management, Product, Engineering, Account Management Preferred Qualifications include: - 10+ years of relevant domain experience in Supply Chain verticals: Wholesale Distribution; Manufacturing; Retail; Health and Beauty; Food and Beverage; Restaurant and Hospitality; and/or Campus Stores - Proficiency in Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Ecommerce, Warehouse & Fulfillment, POS - Capable of supporting customers omnichannel strategy (EDI, in store, online, etc) - NetSuite Order Management, Purchasing/Receiving, WMS, MRP, Supply Allocations, Supply Planning, Inter-Company experience strongly recommended. - Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and/or integrations - Strong communication skills with sustained C-suite interactions - Passion for driving Customer satisfaction General Responsibilities Analyzes business needs to help ensure solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings. 10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Management or team leadership experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to industry/vertical focus. Ability to lead global, diverse, remote teams. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed (modest to moderate). Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $116,400 to $254,300 per annum. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
