$44,770 - $59,400 (commensurate with experience)

All Chicago MHH's mission is to unite our community and resources to provide solutions that ensure and sustain the stability of home. On any given night, nearly 12,000 Chicagoans do not have a place to call home. These are our neighbors and together we can ensure that we all have stable homes.
All Chicago MHH prevents and ends homelessness through emergency financial assistance, community partnerships, data analytics, and training and research. We strengthen our community's collective efforts to prevent and end homelessness, guided by a vision of impact, influence, and inspiration. As our name implies, All Chicago MHH brings together homeless service providers, non-profit partners, donors, and people with the lived experience of homelessness in a strategic effort to make homelessness history in Chicago.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, Continuum of Care Communications serves a critical role on our communications team working directly with the Continuum of Care (CoC) that serves Chicago. This role has primary responsibility for coordinating and executing all aspects of communication for the CoC. The Coordinator, Continuum of Care Communications will report to the Director, Communications and be part of the larger Development and Communications Team.
The ideal candidate must be organized, give great attention to detail, demonstrate effective writing and editing, and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. This candidate must be honest, trustworthy and abide by strict guidelines, and be able to deal effectively and politely with all constituent groups.

Maintain CoC website. Manage the creation of CoC program e-newsletters, website content, fliers, brochures, and other communications. Attend regular meetings with leaders from Chicago's homeless response system and various workgroups to assist in developing materials to communicate system progress to the CoC. Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners in the homeless response system to assure best practices in communications. Serve as a communications resource for the homeless response system by providing communications support to partner agencies. Maintain and improve the collection and organization of all partner agency contact and membership information, and mailing lists, including electronic and hard copies. Coordinate with All Chicago's Communications team to ensure program communications are consistent with organizational branding guidelines. Assist with annual federal and local funding processes, coordinating all communications to partners about process and deadlines. Explore new channels for communication and execute on new strategies in collaboration with the Director, Communications and CoC leadership. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
QUALIFCATIONS:
Minimum of Associate's degree. At least one to two years of experience, or internship experience, with writing, editing, digital and print communications. Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams. Familiarity with Wordpress, Constant Contact and Monday.com, or other like systems, is preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, maintain data accuracy, and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly collaborative style; positive attitude; commitment to continuous improvement and strong work ethic grounded in honesty and integrity.
