Our client, a luxury travel group, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced creative team, focusing on digital design and production work. The ideal candidate thrives in both conceptual and executional design, with a 50/50 split between creating from scratch and working within existing templates.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for image selection, can design within strict brand guidelines, and has experience working with travel, luxury hotels/resorts, airlines, or luxury real estate. Experience with luxury beauty, fashion, or high-end consumer products is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce emails, banners, paid media assets, and other digital marketing materials.
Work from scratch as well as within existing templates, executing high-quality designs that align with strict brand guidelines.
Select and curate strong, high-end imagery that resonates with luxury audiences.
Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints, ensuring a premium visual experience.
Balance creative freedom with brand compliance in a fast-paced, execution-heavy workflow.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver assets on schedule.
Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms and formats.
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proven experience in the travel industry (luxury hotels, resorts, airlines, or real estate).
Strong skills in image selection and curation to maintain luxury brand aesthetics.
Ability to design within strict brand guidelines while still bringing fresh ideas.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience designing emails, banners, and paid media assets.
Ability to work onsite in downtown Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas) 2 days per week with some flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in luxury beauty, fashion, or high-end consumer products.
Familiarity with production-heavy workflows and working with templates.
Understanding of UX/UI best practices for digital marketing assets.
