Optomi, in partnership with an organization specializing in advanced data and technology solutions, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive research strategies, uncovering key user insights to guide product development. Your work will influence design decisions, product strategies, and business goals, ensuring our solutions meet real user needs. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead complex research projects, defining objectives and methodologies tailored to product goals. Utilize a broad spectrum of research methods, including usability studies, user interviews, surveys, and workshops. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to integrate research into the product lifecycle. Develop research strategies aligned with overarching business and product objectives. Interpret analytics to refine research focus and validate qualitative findings. Advocate for user-centered design through compelling storytelling and data-driven presentations. Independently manage participant recruitment and ensure ethical research practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. Proven expertise in diverse UX research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative. Proficient with research tools like Qualtrics, Tetra Insights, and advanced Excel functions. Experience conducting research across different settings: remote, in-person, moderated, and unmoderated. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape research roadmaps and influence decision-making.
