Keville Enterprises, Inc., a growing Construction Management Consulting and Inspection firm, is seeking candidates for a full-time position for a Project Communications Coordinator to work in New York, NY. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to LaGuardia Airport's Redevelopment Program communication strategy to proactively create public awareness of the program and foster positive customer engagement and good will in the community around specific LGAR utility services, projects and/or programs. Responsible for building trust with strategic community stakeholder groups as well as customers and the general public. Responsible for research and resolution of customer and community issues and inquiries.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Work with LGAR community outreach in coordinating and managing hiring events and community outreach campaigns Create and distribute LGA redevelopment community outreach newsletter via Salesforce E-mail Studio CMS Software Create and distribute LGA redevelopment bi-weekly executive director briefing progress update Work with Port Authority technology departments to update and maintain LGAR websites and verbiage as assigned by manager Maintain community events calendar and job opportunities pages on redevelopment website Design and develop print and online presentations for LGA redevelopment for display Participate in new outreach projects and proposals Research, investigate, gather, and compile information from multiple sources to assist community outreach communication efforts between LGA and the community. Monitor and maintain information related to the program and community outreach area in customer information system databases. Provide weekly and monthly reports required for program outreach activities. File and retrieve records and/or information using manual and/or electronic filing systems. Update and create reports using Excel and SharePoint programs as required in support of Outreach Manager. Perform tasks associated with the communication of LGAR projects to the general public, as assigned. Communication assignments may include, but are not limited to, creation and mailing of newsletters, post cards, and assistance with neighborhood associations or community board meetings. Perform tasks associated with LGAR project team, Commercial services, Account Executives as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of similar experience providing project communication services preferred. Five or more years customer service and administrative experience in a professional services industry will be considered. Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a detail-oriented, high-volume environment with changing priorities. Proactive in resolving conflicts while maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers. Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Access. Operates Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and Wordpress Web Software Work may frequently include in-person customer meetings, delivery of flyers or project site visits that may require prolonged walking. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Perform basic mathematical calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, and dollar values, as required.
