We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply. We are looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to help drive the commercial success of Terawatt by promoting our brand within the industry. You will collaborate across many stakeholders while managing all internal and external communications within the organization. You will plan and execute impactful marketing strategies across Terawatt, with a particular focus on our Light Duty and Heavy Duty initiatives. In conjunction with our marketing initiatives, you will also coordinate and oversee company-sponsored events.

Work collaboratively to create and communicate our vision, strategy, image, and product/brand messaging across the multi-channel spectrum of customers both internally and externally – drive and lead our points of differentiation in the marketplace. Use exceptional “influence-marketing” skills to imagine, lead and drive all marketing-related top-of-funnel strategies and execution. Build upon and drive “how we win” marketing strategies and programs to accelerate commercial traction and meet our ambitious targets. Lead and drive marketplace education through thoughtful and consistent multi-channel content marketing initiatives. Lead the development, production, and distribution of all marketing and communications. Create multi-channel marketing programs to drive commercial success across multiple product lines and services. Lead and proactively influence our strategic communications. Lead with a metrics-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on ROI for activities. Plan, organize, and manage company events and associated logistics. Oversee post-event evaluations and strategize future improvements. Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of marketing experience within a relevant industry or at a fast-growing, technical company. Proven track record for driving commercial success by capturing the imagination of a marketplace. Ability to adopt and integrate a modern marketing technology stack. Experience building fundamental and lasting relationships and partnerships internally and externally. Demonstrable record for being a part of a high-performance team, with clear contributions to team and company. Exceptional presentation and communication skills; experience presenting to company leadership. Bonus: marketing to Fleets, with Electric Vehicles, Data Center or Cloud Sales, and/or Leasing.
