Social Media Coordinator

to join our team & help build our online presence while engaging with our diverse audience across multiple platforms. As the

Social Media Coordinator , you will be responsible for developing content, managing DGDG's social media channels, and driving engagement that reflects our brands voice & values. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, dealerships, & partners to craft compelling stories, promote events, & showcase our vibrant work culture & friendly environment. This position will require you to work on-site in San Jose, CA. Please provide a reel or links to your portfolio. What you’ll be working on:

Content Creation & Management:

Produce & post engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, & TikTok. Capture photo & video from DGDG Does Good events, inventory, & daily happenings. Schedule & manage a content calendar to ensure consistent & timely posts.

Audience Engagement & Growth:

Respond to comments, messages, & inquiries across platforms, fostering a positive & engaging community. Monitor social media analytics to measure performance & identify opportunities for improvement. Use social media tools to track audience growth, engagement, & overall campaign success.

Brand Reputation:

Write personal responses back to guests who have taken the time to write us a review. Escalate any negative reviews to the proper leadership.

Organic Content Strategy & Advertising support:

Support the advertising strategy by creating & optimizing organic content created for social media. Collaborate with the team to align organic growth efforts with paid campaigns for a cohesive social media presence.

Brand Messaging & Strategy:

Maintain the DGDG brand voice across all platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals & DGDG Core Values. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that drives brand awareness, sales, & customer engagement. Stay up to date with social media trends & provide recommendations to improve DGDG’s online presence.

What you need to bring to the table:

1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the automotive industry or retail. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) & social media management tools. Proficiency in META Business Suite. Passion & knowledge for the automotive industry. Strong writing, communication, & content creation skills (photo, video, copywriting). Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience with influencer collaborations & marketing is a huge plus! Salary:
