Our client’s User Experience is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers. We care deeply about the people who use our products. The UX team plays an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform design. We collaborate closely with each other and with engineering and product management to create industry-leading products that deliver value for end users and for our businesses. Overall Responsibilities: Design intuitive product experiences through clear language that helps users accomplish their goals. Support the team in defining product vision and narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. Use your skills in simplifying and improving user experiences, understanding how your work relates to the roadmap and vision, to create a cohesive experience. Apply established style guidelines and UX content best practices on complex products and tools. Support senior key decision makers by contributing to studies, workshops, and reviews that drive the product work. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, content design, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects. Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects. Portfolio demonstrating UX writing excellence, tone and voice, writing guidelines, and other standards. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in user-focused writing and a passion for deeply understanding and simplifying complex systems and concepts. Strategic thinker, capable of proactively solving problems to unblock work. Strong record of independence and success in UX writing, including skills like establishing frameworks, content patterns, and voice and tone. Strong record of balancing forward-thinking strategic work and landing tactical work for quick impact. Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence (with and without formal authority). Experience working on complex projects with tight timelines and/or a large set of collaborators. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.75 to $65.28 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
