Total Wine & More is looking for a
Lead, Email Strategy
to join our Marketing Department onsite in our Bethesda, MDoffice. You will focus on creating and tracking email campaigns and driving measurable success in the email channel through customer engagement and enterprise sales. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across digital, merchandising, and marketing, supporting important business goals for the entire organization. You will report to the Director of Email & Push Marketing.
You will Maintain and audit the monthly email promotion calendar, ensuring email planning and audience selection is structured to meets sales and engagement goals Facilitate implementation of established email A/B testing strategy and provide feedback and ideas to drive new testing opportunities. Write creative briefs for emails and coordinate with creative team on design and copy direction, optimizing for both desktop and mobile users. Partner with digital and merchandising teams to ensure email linking is optimized to drive sales and engagement. Drive alignment and timing between various internal stakeholders contributing to email campaigns. Collaborate with email developers and internal stakeholders to review email tests, following established processes for QA and approval. Use Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud data as needed to perform email campaign analysis to inform future email strategy. Offers insights at the campaign level and pitch new campaigns/deals for the channel, gain buy-in from others, and lead execution of new campaigns. Takes ownership of the channel's success and opportunities. Drives results. You will come with:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. 3-4 years' experience with marketing campaign management. Excellent communication, problem solving, and project management skills. A strong interest in understanding and analyzing customer engagement. Previous experience in email marketing required. We offer

The exempt min to mid compensation range for this position is $64,300-$141,200. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
