Summary:
The Össur Global Senior Digital Marketing Manager is motivated, detail-oriented, experienced, and analytical. This individual will have a strong focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and developing end-to-end capabilities. This role will involve managing multiple digital marketing channels, developing growth strategies, and leveraging data to optimize performance across all digital touchpoints. The Global Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall digital presence.
Responsibilities: Lead the development of comprehensive end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive business growth across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Continuously monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross functional departments to align digital initiatives with business goals
Lead efforts to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through targeted digital campaigns
Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies.
Provide regular analysis and reporting on overall digital experiences and ecosystem results using those learnings to improve overall campaign/partner performance
Closely analyze the lead generation & conversion flow, summarizing results to improve the user journey and experiences
Manage customer and end user persona development, mapping and optimization
Lead all activities related to testing of content effectiveness as needed throughout the digital ecosystem
Analyze reported performance, provide actionable insights and identify any opportunities to ensure success of integrated digital strategies and tactics
Conduct regular analytics around engagement and social listening trends to aid in strategizing creative campaigns and concepts
Align content strategy to support product launches, establishing and sharing best practices and techniques with Marcom team
All employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have received general training in Quality requirements of Össur. Training takes place in the Onboarding process and in New Employee Orientation. More specific Quality training is job specific.
All training related to the quality management system is done in accordance to the Training Management Process (QM1681).
Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines. Maintains an honest and professional attitude as the company's representative always.
Contributes to a safe working environment by maintaining own workspace and reporting any potential hazard
Adhere to Company's safety rules

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience
Experience in Paid Search, Search Optimization, Social
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines while working in fun, fast-paced environment
Excellent written/verbal communication, project management, and analytical skills
Web analytics experience strongly preferred, including Google Analytics
Hands on experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Creative, self-starter mindset
Basic understanding of UX and web development
Experience with web content creation
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot and Marketing Cloud campaigns, landing pages, and email templates

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000 - $120,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
